How to Buy Art Safely Online from an established art gallery:

ASSURANCE
As we have been a real art gallery since 1995 we welcome clients to view the work in reality, before making their purchase, however we will refund the full purchase price if artwork work purchased online is returned (in perfect condition) by the customer within 7 days of delivery for pieces bought from the website unseen. We are delighted to answer any questions or email a higher resolution image if helpful. We are often delivering work to clients, so if you are keen on viewing a work at home please let us know, as me may just be close and able to let you view art in your home.

AVAILABILITY
As all our paintings are unique, please confirm the chosen piece is available by email contact@fairfaxgallery.com or by telephone on +44(0)1892 525 525. Whilst we endeavour to keep the website up to date, with three separate real galleries and also exhibiting at art fairs in London & overseas original work on exhibition can change, so please check to avoid disappointment.

DELIVERY
In many cases we can offer free delivery of paintings within the UK and regularly ship paintings and sculpture internationally by a dependable courier at cost.

PAYMENT
We can accept payment by Credit or Debit card (Visa & Mastercard) or money transfer, we suggest that this is done by telephone as our website does not have an automatic online payment facility, as all artwork is unique and with 2 real galleries we do not wish to take payment until availability is physically confirmed.

PRICES
We will equal or better prices for similar size works by the artist from any source.
The prices are set by each artist and we work directly with them in order that they can ‘create’ and we can exhibit and promote their work. If by chance any other website holds out of date information or any source is offering differing prices please let us know, as we would not wish to be knowingly  undersold .
