How to Purchase Art Online from the Fairfax Gallery Website

AVAILABILITY - As all our paintings are unique please confirm the chosen piece is available by email purchase@fairfaxgallery.com or by telephone on 01892 525 525.  Whilst we endeavour to keep the website up to date, with three separate galleries original work on exhibition can change quite rapidly, so please check to avoid disappointment.

DELIVERY - We can in most cases arrange free delivery or send items, by a dependable courier at cost.

PAYMENT - We can accept payment by Credit or Debit card or by cleared cheque, we suggest that this is done by telephone as our website does not have an automatic online payment facility, as all artwork is unique.

PRICES- The prices are agreed with each artist, however with sometimes other  websites holdout of date information on the prices causing confusion. As we would not wish to be undersold please feel free to contact us if you have seen a lower price for a similar piece elsewhere.

EXPORT - We regularly export paintings overseas, and can arrange a quote from our shippers.

ASSURANCE- As we have been a real art gallery since 1995 we welcome clients to view the work in reality before making their purchase, however we will refund the full purchase price if artwork work is returned (in perfect condition) by the customer within 7 days of delivery for pieces bought from the website unseen. We are delighted to answer any questions or email a higher resolution image if helpful.
